That's not slang Joyce, Kirk is a Boule archon.

I'm not angry, I'm not sentimental, I'm not suggestible and I don't give a whoot for symbolism and racial identification. I'm as close to Jack Webb as you'll ever find. Just the facts ma'am, just the facts....,

I haven't seen Django and don't intend to. I don't hate people for being ambitious or even seeking status. I believe in the pursuit of happiness, as long as you take care of YOUR children. If people like Mr. Kirk wants a position, then he should be able to pursue it just like any other person who is not black. But, you act as if he should know his place. He is not your boy, neither is the President. This name calling and trying to ostracize people who aren't living down to your standards is the new black slavery. I've lived on this planet a long time without food stamps, section 8 and AFDC. But, I was always helping those that were married to Uncle Sam. As time went on, they were living better than the working poor. When I worked in the county hospital, most of the patients treated the staff like crap. They were rude, violent and insulting. You could never do enough for them. I went to work in a private hospital and everything was the complete opposite. I can see why people are running. I plan to run even farther away than I am, now. As for the facts, you keep posting what some other person wrote as an article and when presented with actual court or historical documents, you persist in the error. Then you resort to mockery and name-calling. Whether it's President Obama or Rupaul, they have just as much right to be who and what they are as any white person. They don't need your permission! said...

You feel 'we'll served' by the federal government yet you think they 'fritter' tax money?

Congress makes the budget. If you have read it in the past, you will money for things like the Teacup Museum and Cowgirls Hall of Fame. The good news is that the number and cost of earmarks have decreased dramatically since fiscal year (FY) 2010. The number has dropped by 98.3 percent, from 9,129 in FY 2010 to 152 in FY 2012. The cost has decreased by 80 percent, from $16.5 billion in FY 2010 to $3.3 billion in FY 2012, which is the lowest amount since 1992. But, Obama will not be in office forever.

if people like Mr. Kirk wants a position

Lol, here we go again with the crippling black/white dichotomy and the delusion that status seeking can be reconciled with virtue/morality.

Kirk can do whatever he wants. When he does it in public and purportedly for public constituents, then he's subject to public scrutiny and criticism - just like your beloved catastrophe of a president.

The unfortunate characterological defect that all these status-seeking cats share in common, is that they're incompetent, fake it till you make it figureheads who cannot and will not genuinely lead on behalf of the majority of folks who voted them into office.

The President was re-elected twice. That means that the majority of people who bothered to vote liked his first term enough to give him a second.

The Executive Branch To Fiscal Responsibility

Within his first week, he signed an Executive Order ordering an audit
of government contracts, and combating waste and abuse.

Created the post of Chief Performance Officer, whose job it is to
make operations more efficient to save the federal government money.

He appointed the first Federal Chief Information Officer to

He committed to phasing out unnecessary and outdated weapons systems.
To that end, he also signed the Democratic-sponsored Weapons Systems
Acquisition Reform Act, which attempted to
put a stop to waste, fraud and abuse in the defense procurement and
contracting system.

Through an executive order, he created the National Commission on
Fiscal Responsibility and Reform.
