liminal perspectives on consensus reality...,
dailymail | Sources who spoke to DailyMail.com shed light on how the CIA has allegedly coordinated the secret recovery and storage of these alleged crashed or landed UFOs.
Late CIA expert Jeffrey Richelson wrote in his 2016 book, The US Intelligence Community, that the Office of Global Access helped provide 'worldwide collection capability'
'There's at least nine vehicles. There were different circumstances for different ones,' one source briefed by UFO program insiders told DailyMail.com. 'It has to do with the physical condition they're in. If it crashes, there's a lot of damage done. Others, two of them, are completely intact.'
The source said the CIA has a 'system in place that can discern UFOs while they're still cloaked,' and that if the 'non-human' craft land, crash or are brought down to earth, special military units are sent to try to salvage the wreckage.
Another source with knowledge of the OGA's role said that they specialize in allowing the US military to secretly access areas around the world where they would usually be 'denied' – for example behind enemy lines.
'They are basically a facilitator for people to get in and out of countries,' the source said. 'They are very clever at being able to get anywhere in the world they want to.'
Multiple sources briefed on the OGA's activities told DailyMail.com that most of its operations involve more conventional retrieval missions, such as stray nuclear weapons, downed satellites or adversaries' technology.
But they claimed some missions coordinated by the OGA have involved retrieval of UFOs.
'The task at hand is simply to get it into custody and protect the secrecy of it,' one source said. 'The actual physical retrieval is by the military. But it's not kept under military control, because they have to keep too many records. So they start moving it out fairly quickly into private hands.'
Documents published by the National Archives and Records Administration (NARA) in December 2016 showed that the OGA was one of 56 offices in the CIA, with its chief and deputy making up two of a total 286 director-level officials in the spy agency.
An unclassified organizational chart published by the CIA in October 2015 lists the OGA among nine offices in the 'Science and Technology' wing of the agency.
Late CIA expert Jeffrey Richelson wrote in a 2016 book on the agency that the OGA was established in 2003, and cited a CIA description that it 'integrate[s] analysis, technology, and tradecraft to attack the most difficult targets, and to provide worldwide collection capability.'
A 255-word biography of former OGA deputy director Doug Wolfe, published by an aerospace conference in 2017, says that he 'helped start the Office of Global Access'.
Wolfe's bio cryptically adds that he 'was responsible for leading and managing strategic, unwarned access programs that deliver intelligence from the most challenging denied areas' and 'served as program manager with responsibility for the end-to-end system acquisition of an innovative new source and method for the IC [Intelligence Community].'
Two sources told DailyMail.com that the OGA coordinates with Special Operations Forces such as SEAL teams or Delta Force under the Pentagon's Joint Special Operations Command (JSOC), or nuclear weapons experts such as the Nuclear Emergency Support Team (NEST), to collect the crashed or landed craft.
But another source, who has briefed members of Congress on alleged crash retrievals, said that NEST had not been involved in any of these operations.
A spokesperson for the agency also denied involvement.
'[NEST] personnel encounter materials from unknown origins on a regular basis,' a spokesperson said. 'In fact, one of NEST's missions is to help determine the origin of nuclear material interdicted outside of regulatory control or used in a nuclear device.
'During its operations, NEST has never encountered any material related to UAP.'
In a written statement, a JSOC spokesperson told DailyMail.com: 'We have nothing for you on this.'
A former SEAL team member told DailyMail.com that they had been on operations coordinated by the CIA to retrieve high-value stray enemy weapons, and that they knew of colleagues who had been on similar operations where they recovered technology that appeared highly advanced – though not necessarily out-of-this-world.
'Absolutely that happens,' the ex-SEAL said. 'Even ordinance or a weapon that we've never seen, we recover and bring it back.'
One source said that the Air Force Special Operations Command's 24th Special Tactics Squadron, based at Pope Field Army Airbase in North Carolina, has also been involved in securing areas for UFO crash retrievals.
Sources said the CIA office then often hands the wreckage or material over to private aerospace contractors for analysis, where it is not subject to rigorous government audits and can be shielded with protections for trade secrets.
'The CIA is the portfolio manager or owner of the UAP [Unidentified Anomalous Phenomena] crash retrieval operation,' one source, who has shared their information with Congress, told DailyMail.com.
'The Department of Energy national labs are materials analysis contractors whenever recovered radioisotopes are involved but not always just radioisotope materials. The aerospace-defense industry are also contractors that specifically do not handle any recovered radioisotopes, but they handle the other non-radioactive material – and intact craft.'

Apparently the NDAA wasn't being voted on yesterday as congress wasn't in session. The staffer for Turner hasn't heard of any discussions about the bill so that is curious.
I am now going to be calling the republicans but
would appreciate more help in doing so. Be respectful with the people
taking the calls. You can find the numbers for both Republicans and
Democrats here: https://www.uapcaucus.com/call#call
Four Republicans are colluding to block this amendment from passing: Mike Turner of Ohio, Mike Rogers of Alabama, Mitch McConnell of Kentucky, and Mike Johnson of Louisiana:
Rep Mike Turner: (202) 225-6465
Rep Mike Rogers: (202) 224-3261
Sen Mitch McConnell: (202) 224-3135
Rep Mike Johnson: (202) 225-2777
My call notes:
I’m calling about the UAP Disclosure Act, which enables Americans to get transparency and accountability on matters related to UAPs. I've been closely following the developments in this area, especially after the July 26 UAP Hearing, where credible witnesses provided testimony under oath.
I’ve heard that X is not in favor of the UAP Disclosure Act amendment to the NDAA because AARO is still funded, and they say this will be duplicative funding, but it is not. Without AARO, there is no centralized place that will handle these programs; its entire purpose is funding authorization for UAP programs. At the same time, AARO is currently toothless without the UAP Disclosure Act amendment. All pieces of this amendment are critical to its functionality, including a civilian review board to help ensure accountability.
This is a bipartisan issue; the number of people who care about this issue are growing, and know that it is the number one most important issue. The DOD can never pass their audits and these SAPs could be the reason why. If X cares about appropriate fiscal spending, then it’s imperative to support this amendment (while keeping funding for AARO intact).

12:00 onwards - Grusch outlines that leakers are under penalty of imprisonment and execution.
16:50 onward “non human Biologics” he stated in an interview previously they’re pilots and he doesn’t know what their actual job was. They were “nonhuman intelligence” pilots.
18:00 onward he was cleared by the Pentagon to talk about this.
19:00 onward Grusch insinuates that the initial reasoning for hiding the information was the ontological shock it would cause in society due to society’s religiousness at the time, along with concealing the information from adversaries like Russia.
20:40 onward - the officials involved in the Manhattan Project also created the laws related to obfuscation and secrecy of the topic. 21:28 - retrieved UAP materials that give off radiation are classified under the Atomic Energy Act (intentionally).
23:00 onward - there was a deeper classified project (related to the Manhattan Project) studying UFOs aside from Project Blue Book
28:00 onward- Grusch states that it’s hard to tell how far ahead their (the nonhuman intelligence) technology is. “It’s hard to state how far in advance it is. You’re just assuming some sort of linear progression. They’ve made an asymptotal leap that put them over the edge. They’re similarly as advanced as us but they’ve had an asymmetric evolution they went a different path than us. While we’ve made nuclear weapons, they’ve made a propulsion discovery but they’re not that much more advanced than you and I”.
29:50- Grusch states that once we unlocked nuclear power we made major technological strides. We may be one discovery away from manipulating spacetime.
30:29- the UFOs are interested in our nuclear technology.
36:00 onward - Grusch references Lue Elizondo’s comment on the ETs studying us and it’s possible the UFO crashes were intentionally seeded to test humanity’s development in relation to being exposed to this technology.
42:00 onwards - there may have been scientific breakthroughs that were hidden from the public.
44:00 - Dr Hal Puthoff of the Pentagon insinuates that antigravity research did get somewhere (made progress) and then was hidden.
47:00 onward - UFO metamaterials are discussed.
59:50- the connection of the “UFO Disclosure” movement (and intentional disinformation) to the “elite” is described by the host.
1:04:00 onwards - there’s a long history of “UFO debunkers” being directly linked to government organizations that have actually studied UAP.
1:17:28- this portion is interesting since it references information that Elizondo and Dr Garry Nolan have stated.
For background, Elizondo (Pentagon), Dr. Garry Nolan (accomplished academic who was approached by the CIA to study UAPs, also stated they told him information regarding the beings operating the crafts), and John Ramirez [CIA- was referenced as having worked there separately by Jim Semivan of the CIA, referenced in this article (https://www.benzinga.com/amp/content/34082411)] have all stated, in summary, that members within the defense establishment believe these beings are bioengineered AI.
Grusch notably references this at this time stamp as a possibility to what these beings are. If you notice, he goes out of his way to reference specifically what Elizondo had stated in a past interview, that the ETs are designed to look humanoid to interact with humans. (In Elizondo’s interview, he brought up an example of how zookeepers in China disguise themselves as pandas to interact with the pandas, and what we are seeing is a similar situation).
1:19:30- ETs being our descendants from the future is discussed. The host describes this as being a possible reason for the ET non-interventionism. As in, they don’t want to harm the timeline too much such that their own existence is nullified. (My note: it would be interesting if some of what people have witnessed is in fact humans from the future that have mastered ET propulsion and time travel technology, which is why they only appear fleetingly in some instances and choose not to intervene in major events).
1:27:00 onward - military sensory systems disproportionately detect UFOs since their collection mechanisms are more advanced than what’s available to the average person.
1:32:30 onward - Grusch details how being on the Autism spectrum have shaped his interactions.
Grusch background (wiki): David Charles Grusch is a decorated Afghanistan combat veteran and former Air Force intelligence officer[1] who worked in the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA) and the National Reconnaissance Office (NRO).[2][3][4][5] From 2019 to 2021, he was the representative of the NRO to the Unidentified Aerial Phenomena Task Force.[3][4][6] From late 2021 to July 2022, he was the co-lead for UAP analysis at the NGA and its representative to the task force.[2] He assisted in drafting the National Defense Authorization Act of 2023,[7] which includes provisions for reporting of UFOs, including whistleblower protections and exemptions to non-disclosure orders and agreements.[8][9][10] Congressional interest in UFO sightings immediately prior to Grusch's public claims surrounded questions about the four objects that the Air Force shot down in February 2023.[11]

MEDIAWATCH’S QUESTIONS:
1. Why do you believe David Grusch’s Congressional testimony when there is no
firsthand evidence?
2. Do you believe alien spacecraft have visited earth?
3. Do you believe the US government has retrieved alien spacecraft and bodies but covered up the evidence?
4. Do you know if an alien spacecraft is secretly held in the US, and if so, why not reveal its location?
5. Have you maintained your journalist objectivity in covering David Grusch’s claims?
ROSS COULTHART’S RESPONSE:
• The tenor of these questions suggests that MediaWatch has a pre-conceived agenda in how it will report this issue. This is because MediaWatch’s questions are grounded in a false assumption.
• MediaWatch’s questions state as a fact that there is no first-hand evidence to support David Grusch’s allegations. Contrary to misreporting in some US legacy media, there is first-hand evidence, and it has been presented under oath to the Intelligence Community Inspector General in private hearings (the ICIG is the oversight body for the US’ intelligence services). I have confirmed this testimony with multiple sources directly and I have interviewed first-hand witnesses myself directly.
• The current ICIG Thomas Monheim is still preparing his report into Mr Grusch’s allegations, comprising both Grusch’s complaint about reprisals against him for being a zealous UAPTF investigator and whistleblower and also, most importantly, the Inspector General is investigating Mr Grusch’s complaint that there has been a conspiracy within both the US Defense Dept & intelligence community and senior executives in private aerospace to illegally conceal a non-human intelligence [NHI] crash retrieval program and reverse engineering program from Congressional oversight.
• As I have confirmed both with Mr Grusch and Congressional sources, the current ICIG was so concerned about Mr Grusch’s allegations, after conducting his own investigations, that he referred all of them immediately to Congress, deeming all of Grusch’s complaints “urgent and credible”.
• I emphasise, these ICIG investigations included multiple interviews with first-hand witnesses to the NHI crash retrieval and reverse engineering program known to Mr Grusch, as well as other evidence. Other first-hand witnesses have also testified to the ICIG who are not known to Mr Grusch, backing his allegations.

whatbitcoindid | Matthew Pines is the Director of Intelligence at the Krebs Stamos Group and a Fellow at the Bitcoin Policy Institute specializing in national security. In this interview, we discuss the growing sense that the US government may imminently disclose the existence of craft of non-human origin and that it actually possesses intact and partially intact examples of such craft.
- - - -
On July 26th, next Wednesday, the Republican-led House Oversight Committee will hold a hearing on unidentified anomalous phenomena (UAPs), a new term government agencies use for UFOs. Many believe that this change in nomenclature and the hearing is part of a process aimed at preparing the public for disclosure that the existence of non-human technology is real and that US government agencies and corporations may have retrieved craft of non-human origin.
Until recently, UAPs/UFOs were considered a fringe topic. Those in political circles and mainstream media organisations would publicly avoid the subject: it was officially ridiculed, and those who engaged in it risked career suicide. Now, it has suddenly become acceptable to seriously discuss the matter. On Monday (17th July), the White House itself stated UAPs are a "real issue" having "an impact" on the United States Air Force.
What changed?
Matthew Pines take us through the mechanisms of government bureaucracy in terms of official secrets: who gets clearances and the ‘need to know’. Matthew then takes us through the recent extraordinary whistleblower claims of a government coverup in relation to UAPs, why some within the government now feel enabled and compelled to come forward with extraordinary claims, and an effort to silence them.
It’s not hyperbolic to state that if such claims are publicly substantiated, it will be the biggest event in human history. It is telling that esteemed people who have close knowledge of this subject matter, including prominent politicians, high-ranking officials and qualified professionals, give credence to the UAP phenomenon. We wait with bated breath to see if these extraordinary claims are backed with extraordinary evidence.

defense.gov | Today the department launched a website on the All-domain Anomaly Resolution Office to provide the public with information concerning AARO and its efforts to understand and resolve unidentified anomalous phenomena.
This website will provide information, including photos and videos, on resolved UAP cases as they are declassified and approved for public release. The website's other content includes reporting trends and a frequently asked questions section as well as links to official reports, transcripts, press releases, and other resources that the public may find useful, such as applicable statutes and aircraft, balloon and satellite tracking sites.
This fall, consistent with Section 1673 of the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2023, AARO will launch a secure reporting tool on the website to enable current and former U.S. government employees, service members, or contractors with direct knowledge of U.S. government programs or activities to contact AARO directly to make a report. The department is conducting its final reviews to ensure the reporting mechanism complies with the Privacy Act of 1974, the Whistleblower Protections Enhancement Act of 2012, the Federal Employee Antidiscrimination and Retaliation Act of 2002 (No FEAR Act), and the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995. In the interim, current U.S. service members, U.S. government employees, and civil aviators are encouraged to continue to use the existing reporting mechanisms available to them through their organizations. A mechanism for members of the general public to make reports will be announced in coming months.
The department is committed to transparency with the American people on AARO's work on UAP. This website will serve as a one-stop shop for all publicly available information related to AARO and UAP, and AARO will regularly update the website with its most recent activities and findings as new information is cleared for public release.
You can see AARO's new website at https://www.aaro.mil.

disclosurediaries | For the past few weeks I've been compiling a Disclosure Timeline and list of Key People in Disclosure for a free educational website I'm officially launching in September, and I stumbled across a pretty interesting quote from an interview Christopher K. Mellon did back in 2016.
"I find it hard to imagine something as explosive as recovered alien technology remaining under wraps for decades. So while I have no reason to believe there is any recovered alien technology, I will say this: If it were me, and I were trying to bury it deep, I'd take it outside government oversight entirely and place it in a compartment as a new entity within an existing defense company and manage it as what we call an "IRAD" or "Independent Research and Development Activity."
Now why is that interesting?
Well, if we revisit that statement in the context of the July 26 UAP Hearing – where Rep. Moskowitz specifically asks Grusch to clarify how the Legacy programs are being funded (pages 27-28) – we see the following exchange:
Rep. Moskowitz: Does that mean that there is money in the budget that is said to go to a program, but it doesn't, and it goes to something else?
David Grusch: Yes. I have specific knowledge of that. Yep.
Rep. Moskowitz: Do you think US corporations are overcharging for certain technology they're selling to the US government and that additional money is going to [Legacy programs]?
David Grusch: Correct. Through something called IRAD.
--
So basically, this re-iterates that Christoper Mellon has had a clear view of the goings-on since (at least) 2016. More importantly, these allegations are now part of the public record.
--
Rep. Cortez (AOC) also later followed up along the same lines (Pages 35-56):
Rep. Cortez: ...Now, when it comes to notification that you had mentioned about IRAD programs, we have seen defense contractors abuse their contracts before through this committee. I have seen it personally, and I have also seen the notification requirements to Congress abused. I am wondering, one of the loopholes that we see in the law is that there is, at least from my vantage point, is that depending on what we're seeing is that there are no actual definitions or requirements for notification. What methods of notification did you observe? When they say they notified Congress, how did they do that? Do you have insight into that?
David Grusch: For certain IRAD activities, and I can only think of ones conventional in nature. Sometimes they flow through certain, how to say, SAP programs that have cognizant authority over the Air Force or something, and those are Congressionally reported compartments. But IRAD is literally internal to the contractor. So as long as it's money, either profits, private investment, et cetera, they can do whatever they want, yeah
Rep. Cortez: To put a finer point on it, when there is a requirement for any agency or company or any agency to notify Congress, do they contact the chairman of a committee? Do they get them on the phone specifically? Is this through an email to hypothetically a dead email box?
David Grusch: A lot of it comes through what they call the PPR, Periodic Program Review process. If it's a SAP or controlled access program equity, and then those go to the specific committees, whether it be the SASC, HASC, HSI.
--
So not only are IRAD programs alleged to be involved with the cover-up of UAP retrieval and reverse engineering programs, it turns out Members of Congress are already familiar with other IRAD misuses. AOC took a very specific and well-informed line of questioning in this hearing, which I was personally quite impressed by.

politico | As calls in Congress for continued UFO research and disclosures from the federal government grow louder, a new group aims to harness and legitimize grassroots pressure from outside the halls of power to do the same. The effort is being led by Nick Gold, a Baltimore-based media and tech consultant who has worked with the Galileo Project, a Harvard-affiliated project searching for evidence of aliens, and the think tank Scientific Coalition for UAP Studies.
— Gold registered to lobby last week on behalf of Declassify UAP, which Gold said in an interview he hopes will bring the issue of UFO advocacy into the mainstream by tapping into traditional political grassroots strategies.
— “As I’ve been kind of involved with some of these more scientific approaches looking into the topic, I really started to perceive a hole in how this topic is kind of handled in our society,” he told PI.
— Part of that, he conceded, can be attributed to “a lot of strong and sometimes strange personalities that kind of suck a lot of the air out of the UFO/UAP issue.” But, Gold argued, there also hasn’t been enough coordination among the “millions of people who were very fascinated with this topic and wanted to see some kind of governmental congressional progress around it.”
— “It never really transformed in 75 years of this being a public issue into an actual quote-unquote issue that we address as citizens in the way through our representatives and our democracy and our government and the way that we attack other issues,” Gold added, arguing that for nearly every other policy issue imaginable, the launch of a group like his would typically be a no-brainer. For now, Declassify UAP is structured as an LLC, with Gold putting up all of the funding himself and mulling merch sales or support from interested donors down the line.
— Declassify UAP will aim to bridge that gap, by serving as a repository for various resources on the issue, from congressional testimony to recent government reports and presentations as well as information about relevant pending legislation and a voter engagement platform to send letters to lawmakers. Ideally, Gold said, that will create a nonpartisan grassroots army of “informed UFO-interested citizen[s]” — rather than just UFO enthusiasts, he said, which would then offer political cover for lawmakers pursuing the issue in Congress.
— “If there is a hump there, it’s hard to imagine us going over the hump without … a much louder and clearer and more unified and very specifically articulated way of coming together to make these asks,” he said.
— That’s why the group’s advocacy will be narrowly focused on “reasonable” set of declassifications from what is presumed to be classified information about UFOs, Gold said, which would pave the way for “real scientific progress” that’s currently hindered by a lack of funding, while trying to avoid alienating policymakers. “We need to be very open-minded, and simultaneously, we need to be very discerning,” he said.

dailybeast | After a number of high-profile congressional hearings and disclosures on UFOs—or, in the more bureaucratic, less sci-fi parlance of our time, “Unidentified Aerial Phenomena”—a bipartisan group of lawmakers wants to take congressional investigations to the Capitol Hill equivalent of the final frontier: a special committee.
Specifically, lawmakers want more hearings, more investigations, subpoena power, and some ability to declassify U.S. intelligence on mysterious UFO sightings.
“We can’t over-classify this stuff,” Rep. Jared Moskowitz (D-FL) told The Daily Beast in an interview. “The American people have a right to know. They have a right to some level of disclosure.”
Moskowitz is the only Democrat among a group of four members who signed a letter last month calling for a select committee. He was joined by Reps. Matt Gaetz (R-FL), Anna Paulina Luna (R-FL) and Tim Burchett (R-TN).
Although his party is in the House minority, Moskowitz is hoping Republican leadership, which would have to approve a select committee being established, will join in.
“Look, I’ll work across the aisle on this and other issues, obviously. But we gotta get the majority leadership to make this a priority,” Moskowitz said.
Backers of the select committee idea say it’s a tipping point for UFO transparency.
The congressional movement for more information has been building slowly but surely for years. Former Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid (D-NV) was a big proponent of investigating UFO sightings, and had the ability to push government agencies for more disclosures.
But the more Congress has learned about these sightings—sometimes from pilots sharing their accounts, sometimes from footage caught by the military—the more questions lawmakers and the public seem to have.
While UFO theories still draw scoffs from some, Congress has looked at them through a familiar lens: national security.
UAPs, as the more serious-minded lawmakers prefer to refer to them, are an obvious area of study for those who are concerned about what these sightings could be.
And as more and more footage is released to the public, the public just has more and more questions.
“The cake is baked. It’s just been taken out of the oven,” said Steve Bassett, executive director of Paradigm Research Group and a registered UFO lobbyist.
“Not everybody is in the kitchen yet. That’s OK. That's all right. I mean, this is still a massive thing, and everybody was on top of it, but it’s irreversible,” Bassett said.

burchett.house.gov | KNOXVILLE, Tenn., (Aug. 22, 2023) – U.S. Congressman Tim Burchett (TN-02) recently launched the Unidentified Anomalous Phenomena Caucus and led five of his colleagues on the caucus in a letter to the Inspector General of the Intelligence Community Thomas A. Monheim. The members asked for follow-up information regarding David Grusch’s testimony in the recent hearing on Unidentified Aerial Phenomena (UAPs).
During the hearing on July 26, 2023, in the House Committee on Oversight and Accountability, Air Force veteran and former intelligence officer David Grusch said he could not provide specific details regarding UAP crash retrieval programs or UAP reverse engineering programs because those details are classified. However, he testified that he provided the details to the Intelligence Community Inspector General’s office.
Rep. Burchett and his colleagues requested information from the Intelligence Community Inspector General regarding which people and facilities are involved with UAP crash retrieval programs and reverse engineering programs.
The letter was sent by: U.S. Reps. Tim Burchett (TN-02), Jared Moskowitz (FL-23), Anna Paulina Luna (FL-13), Nancy Mace (SC-01), Eric Burlison (MO-07), and Andy Ogles (TN-05)

defensescoop | AARO Director Sean Kirkpatrick issued a fiery statement spotlighting “his own personal observations and opinions” — but “not necessarily official DOD and IG positions” — on social media Thursday. The Pentagon authenticated his post Friday.
In it, Kirkpatrick wrote that he “cannot let yesterday’s hearing pass without sharing how insulting it was to the officers of” the Defense Department and the intelligence community who have been “working diligently, tirelessly, and often in the face of harassment and animosity, to fulfill their Congressionally-mandated mission.”
Allegations of “retaliation, to include physical assault and hints of murder, are extraordinarily serious, which is why law enforcement is a critical member of the AARO team, specifically to address and take swift action should anyone come forward with such claims. Yet, contrary to assertions made in the hearing, the central source of those allegations has refused to speak with AARO,” Kirkpatrick wrote — pointing at Grusch without directly stating his name.
He also said AARO has yet to see credible proof regarding allegations of any reverse-engineering programs for non-human technology, and that some information reportedly obtained by Congress has not been shared with his office.
Pentagon spokesperson Sue Gough declined to weigh in on Kirkpatrick’s statement in an email to DefenseScoop late Friday evening.
“The department is aware of Dr. Kirkpatrick’s post, which are his personal opinions expressed in his capacity as a private citizen and we won’t comment directly on the contents of the post. We do want to reinforce the department’s unwavering commitment to openness and accountability to the American people and Congress,” she wrote.
Still, Gough’s official Pentagon responses also echoed some of the notions articulated by the AARO director.
“The department has no information that any individual has been harmed or killed as a result of providing information to AARO. Any unsubstantiated claims that individuals have been harmed or killed in the process of providing information to AARO will serve to discourage individuals with relevant information from coming forward to aid in AARO’s efforts,” she wrote.
“To date, AARO has not discovered any verifiable information to substantiate claims that any programs regarding the possession or reverse-engineering of extraterrestrial materials have existed in the past or exist currently,” she reiterated.
Gough did not respond to follow-up questions from DefenseScoop Monday regarding new or existing channels for service members to flag UAP incidents, and whether or not there’s been an uptick in new reports to AARO — or intensified harassment — since the hearing.
According to Graves, the former F-18 pilot who testified last week, DOD’s responses reflect “a perfect example of why witnesses are reluctant to come forward.”
“The Pentagon Press Office statement following the hearing was misleading. The disconnect between pilot witness testimony under oath at the Congressional hearing and the Pentagon Press Office’s dismissal is a perfect example of why witnesses are reluctant to come forward. It makes zero sense that our military would undermine its own servicemen and women when they are reporting serious flight risks,” he told DefenseScoop on Monday.
Based on his own experiences with military-connected UAP, Graves formed and now runs the witness program Americans for Safe Aerospace to provide an entity for the public to safely and securely report observations or encounters. He testified at the hearing that his team estimates roughly only 5% of UAP sightings are currently reported to AARO.
“I hope Congress will hold DOD accountable and push for more support for witnesses and whistleblowers. For example, the [Pentagon] Press Office says AARO welcomes witness accounts — but AARO has not even implemented a public reporting mechanism as required by last year’s [National Defense Authorization Act]. How are witnesses even supposed to get in contact?” Graves told DefenseScoop.

You don’t know me, but I’m a retired Army JAG so I know about whistleblower stuff, and how IGs work and I hear people say he isn’t a whistleblower and he didn’t see the alien bodies himself and he doesn’t have any first hand evidence aliens exist—or it’s hearsay, these comments aren’t wrong, but he’s not whistleblowing by testifying aliens exist to congress and congress barely cares about aliens—if you listen closely to the comments of @timburchett, @aoc, and @mattgaetz, I’m sure they believe the part about aliens, but that’s not their big issue. They’re mad about how defense contractors are in control of our military.
Here’s the TLDR. Grusch perfectly meets the definition of a whistleblower because he got professionally crushed (I’m pretty sure) when he discovered and reported contract fraud around these SAPs).Bbut it’s funny because a lot of people are distracted by the sensational aspect of these special access programs—aliens and alien space ships. Remember, Grusch isn’t whistleblowing to you or to congress. He blew the whistle to the IG. The IG found this credible and told congress.
I suspect Grusch asked an SAP contractor for his contract statement of work to see what was being done for the SAP and they didn’t show him, then he probably said show me the invoices for your work so I can see what you do (because I do the oversight now) and they couldn’t show him invoices for the SAP work they were doing, so he probably brought one contractor in and put him under oath in the SCIF and he got him to confess that they overbill for hammers and toilet seats to launder money so they can pay saps under the table (by padding invoices for other legit service contracts) that aren’t authorized by contract to avoid congressional oversight. Then some General probably fired Grusch who uncovered this government contract fraud/waste/abuse.
So the IG checks the math and agrees, and they take it to congress because it’s DoD/pentagon senior leader misconduct that might indicate the defense contracting industry (military industrial complex) has bribed the most senior leaders of the pentagon with 7-8 figure salaries in post military retirement employment—so it’s getting gnarly fast and the fact that everything is to cover up the existence of aliens and alien space ships is just trivia at this point. Then Grusch’s life is threatened and @rosscoulthart steps in and offers him an interview to go public because once he does it makes no sense to kill him, it will only become more public—so he gives the interview.
But DOD approves it and they probably said ok, you can talk about aliens a little but you can’t talk about how the pentagon is corrupt. So he’s definitely a whistleblower and he s given all the evidence about that he needs to to the IG. He’s not whistleblowing to the public or congress to prove his claims—the IG has it and they believe him. But you feel like he’s trying to convince you aliens exist and we have recovered flying saucers—they do and we have them, but that’s what you care about, congress cares about the DoD corruption and the military industrial complex capture of the pentagon and them not being in control of how tax payer dollars are spent, Grusch doesn’t care what we believe, he says if you want to know—I told the IG where everything is—look for yourself. And he’s suing the military for firing him from his job in the military and federal government because he discovered fraud and he got hammered over it, which absolutely makes him a whistleblower.
That’s what I sorted out from everything that was said at the congressional hearing on July 26. Pretty sure that’s the situation. I hear Grusch saying believe what you want—I’m telling you they exist and if you don’t believe me I told the IG everything I know and you can go see for yourself—and he thinks the people should be told and the tech/knowledge doesn’t belong to these aerospace companies.

Full interview of David Grusch and his lawyer Charles McCullough (former ICIG) on BBC .

reddit | (BBC Host) : Officer by the name of David Grush caused quite a stir last week when he gave evidence at a Congressional hearing about UFO sightings. He claimed that the US government has away from the public, glare intact and partially intact alien vehicles, and you'll hear him repeat that claim in a moment because he's been speaking to this program. A recent poll found that about 42% of Americans believe in otherworldly UFO's or UAP's unexplained anomalous phenomena, and one in ten Americans reported they'd actually seen one.
Well, here's what Republican Tennessee Representative Tim Burchett said in opening last week's remarkable hearing into alien existence.
Rep Tim Burchett: I think it's time for this country to take back our country,we need to tell the folks at the Pentagon they work for us, that government. We don't work for them. We're not bringing little green men or flying saucers into the hearing, sorry to disappoint. We're just going to get to the facts. We're going to uncover the cover up and I hope this is just the beginning of many more hearings and more people coming forward about this.
(BBC Host) : Well, I've been speaking to David Rush and to his lawyer, Chuck McCulloch.
-Question(BBC Host):First, David, why did he decide to come to come forward and speak at the hearing?
-Answer (David Grusch) : It boils down to a sense of duty, you know, in an act of, you know, truth to power. And it seemed like me going public was the appropriates lever to pull. When it comes to public accountability and emphasizing the seriousness to, you know, different branches of U.S.goverment.
-Question(BBC Host) :the most eyecatching claim that you made during your evidence and and the one that made the most headlines was the claim that the US government has, quote intact and partially intact alien vehicles in its possession. In other words, it has them, but it isn't telling people about them. Why do you go public with that specifically?
-Answer(David Grusch) :I found that to be very important for, you know, the public at large to understand. You know, they're placing the cosmos, their place in the universe. And that's something, you know, I believe the US government should be, you know, held accountable for potentially over classifying or misclassifying basic science.
-Question (BBC Host): But how do you know they have these items?Because you've not seen them yourself, have you?
-Answer(David Grusch) :There's certain things that I have first hand access to that I can't publicly discuss at this time. However, myself and other colleagues interviewed, you know, 40 individuals. Both are current and former highly distinguished intelligence and military personnel that were specifically on these programs and those that were willing, I directed to the intelligence community Inspector General, so the Inspector General was able to interview these people that do have direct.First hand information, right.
-Question(BBC Host) :So, So they have that information directly.Have they actually seen these these vehicles?
-Answer(David Grusch):The individuals I interviewed that I directed to the Inspector General, yes, they have the first hand experiences, yes, right.
-Question(BBC Host) : Which is an extraordinary claim, as you would readily acknowledge.
Why, if it's true, has the government not acknowledged it?
Yeah, I mean, that's a multifaceted question.
-Answer(David Grusch) : You know, it goes back, you know, 8090 years ago and this was first created and they, you know, translated some of the secrecy from the Manhattan Project onto this subject because, you know, they weren't sure how ontologically shocking it was going to be to the world populace.
And then two, as you can imagine, you know it's a Pandora's Box for, you know, potential military and weapons development type reverse engineering activities.
So they decided to keep it under wraps for many years.
-Question(BBC Host) : But we're talking here just about the US government. If they've got these things hidden away, surely other governments around the world might have had a similar experience. So the the idea that it's a solely American thing is surely fanciful.
-Answer(David Grusch): It does cross into other countries and other other allies to include the The Five Eyes and Alliance, which is something I've already stated publicly. The, you know, the media reporting bias and societal transparency is a little different the US. That's the crux what most people hear, but it is certainly not an American issue.
-Question(BBC Host) : I want to put some of the the doubting voices to you in a moment, but I want to bring Chuck in first. I mean Chuck, as a lawyer working alongside David, what are the legal implications of what he is saying and what the government is denying?
-Answer(Charles McCullough) :Our government relies on congressional oversight, the checks and balances of congressional oversight. David's allegation at at its at its base is essentially that Congress does not have access to the information it needs to properly oversee things going on in the executive branch. That was his main concern,so he briefed both of the Intel committees and he's had a 2 hour hearing, two hours of testimony last week.
-Question(BBC Host) : David, can I go back to you with with some of the the responses that have been aired to what you said?
The head of the Pentagon's office in this area, Sean Kirkpatrick, issued a statement last week. You'll be aware of it calling your testimony insulting and saying that you were a never a representative to his unit.
-Answer(David Grusch): Dr.Kirkpatrick oversaw our activities and what we were doing and the money we were spending. I never said I was a part of the core team, so I believe it was just lost in translation or misconstrued
