This is so strange when we consider just how awful and anti-scientific his core beliefs really are. A book length exposition of this nonsense should get him laughed off the mainstream stage.

It's funny how teachers and rank amateurs feel entirely at ease debating this topic with someone who has direct and unfettered access to all the relevant data. You have no basis for disagreeing, you're just gassing out the side of your neck. The asswipes in tahnussy's echo chamber are teachers who feel under the gun. Their personal economic interests are conflicted - to say the least.
When everything is said and done, far more than 50-70% of the current teacher cadres are going to be displaced because there's no longer any need for the archaic 19th century system of "sage on the stage" instruction. It can be done so much better using mature, adaptive learning technology - supplemented by genuine subject matter expert facilitator-tutors. The ratio of tutors to tutee's is something on the order of 1 to 50 and I've witnessed as high as 1 to 100 with a real master of the technology.
I didn't argue in bad faith at all. I behaved myself admirably considering my level of disdain for oxygen thieves and the ignorant. It is not the principal's job to teach the teachers, rather, it's the principal's job to ensure that the teacher is effectively teaching the children. That's the part I agreed with. As for the principal working to develop the classroom effectiveness of struggling teachers, I wouldn't waste the cycles, An awful lot of people taking up space and damaging the prospects of innocent children never had any business setting foot in the classroom in the first place.

If you have been wavering yourself at all with the hollowing out of the consensus along with their practices, just keep hanging on. The computer model predictions and what is actual, hasn't been, what's the IPCC word..."helpful", but take cheer somebody does have theory as to what the problem might be, there saying it might be the 30's before the models finally start looking accurate again as we get through this cycle.
