Dude ignored the action of genetics and its associated predetermination of LOOZer-hood. The bad choices made in LOOZer_Lives tend to result from low IQ and corresponding low Future_Time_Orientation -- inability to visualize the long-range consequences of choices, e.g., most of those LOOZerz shown were also smokers, a gateway habit to drugs, poverty, jail..........
What you refer to as low IQ and low Future_Time_Orientation is nearly exclusively the result of low parental investment and corresponding low vocabulary, literacy, and numeracy, period.
