lawyer up all you want, but no vengeance no peace...,

politico |  After police in Kenosha, Wis., shot my 21-year-old son to death outside his house ten years ago — and then immediately cleared themselves of all wrongdoing — an African-American man approached me and said: “If they can shoot a white boy like a dog, imagine what we’ve been going through.”

I could imagine it all too easily, just as the rest of the country has been seeing it all too clearly in the terrible images coming from Ferguson, Mo., in the aftermath of the killing of Michael Brown. On Friday, after a week of angry protests, the police in Ferguson finally identified the officer implicated in Brown's shooting, although the circumstances still remain unclear.

I have known the name of the policeman who killed my son, Michael, for ten years. And he is still working on the force in Kenosha.

Yes, there is good reason to think that many of these unjustifiable homicides by police across the country are racially motivated. But there is a lot more than that going on here. Our country is simply not paying enough attention to the terrible lack of accountability of police departments and the way it affects all of us—regardless of race or ethnicity. Because if a blond-haired, blue-eyed boy — that was my son, Michael — can be shot in the head under a street light with his hands cuffed behind his back, in front of five eyewitnesses (including his mother and sister), and his father was a retired Air Force lieutenant colonel who flew in three wars for his country — that’s me — and I still couldn’t get anything done about it, then Joe the plumber and Javier the roofer aren’t going to be able to do anything about it either.

BD would bet this kid gave the cop some serious lip, at the very least. Also doesn't say how drunk he actually was (must have been in the medical record). He could have hit a bridge abutment and killed himself and buddy(s), or like a local woman here did that killed 7 teenage girls also in the car. Worse yet he could have killed an innocent family in a T-bone. If the designated driver is drunk, call a taxi. Better yet, do your drinking at home. Or, like BD, don't drink at all - folks with a strong functioning constitution don't need chemical attitude adjustment. Bad judgement is lethal.

Cops have a horrible job. Cut them some slack and keep your own nose clean and there will not be a problem. An occasional questionable killing keeps society on its toes and the riff-raff less out-of-control....

And of course that warrants his extrajudicial killing by that piece of human filth Albert Gonzalez?

BD, is there a soft-headed juvenile under your roof who gets on your keyboard when you're not looking and makes you out the pure-d-pure fool on these Interwebs? There is no conceivable excuse for shooting a kid with his hands cuffed behind his back. To compound the crime by committing this murder in front of the boy's mother and sister and not holding Gonzalez accountable invites collective punishment of that entire police force. Bell should've shown the Kenosha WI police force the meaning of the term "air power" and set an example for the ages.

So, you really think you'll survive if everything falls apart? Your attitude is 110% pansy. Since you have so much respect for authority, you'll submit to anything that seems stronger than you. It's even ok to shoot a handcuffed kid because "he could've been giving lip." What a wuss.

If what got caught in the SPAM filter is any indication of where your id has you going, now would be a very good time for you to step away from the computer and go outside for some fresh air.

That simply proves that "lip" alone can push someone over the edge, which was the idea. And that was relatively tame, it could have been effectively enhanced with graphic descriptions of ancestry, illegitimacy, dependency, habits, etc.......you get the idea.

BD is reminded of a technician we used to work with who had a goal of becoming a Washington State Patrol Trooper -- he flunked-out of the rigorous application process 3 times. The show-stopper that got him each time was the special oral interview grilling where a team of interrogators would try at length to trip him up and get him to come un-glued angry (they were experts at this).. Even with full knowledge of the consequences, he was simply unable to keep his cool....

As BD has just vividly demonstrated with that "unposted" post, words are a very powerful 'trigger.'

lol, I didn't shoot you. I told you to go walk that isht off. Methinkst your demonstration fell flat.

My last comment on this subject is to ask everyone to please read the entire linked article.

Conservative = Wuss. That's the whole story. Who compares Bin Laden's choir boys to a real-world adversary like the Empire of Japan? Guys who are terrified of falling and breaking a hip.

I believe the comparison to bubonic plague may be very apt in light of bats (flying rodents) being the probable zoological reservoir. http://www.natureworldnews.com/articles/8642/20140820/hunting-down-ebolas-origins-little-late.htm I tend to disbelieve the bush meat transmission vector hypothesis. Time will tell...,

That's nothing close to a thought experiment; that's an open and shut case. The boy was handcuffed and shot point blank in front of witnesses. Then the cops lied about it. None of them should be on patrol right now.

The fact that the department and the DA were complicit in the cover-up get's the whole collection of little Eichmans their richly deserved thermobaric enema. These maggots have 20+ years of institutional conditioning - they're as immune to positive change as unionized teachers in urban public school teachers are allergic to teaching.

It's not acceptable for the citizenry to have to wait for these wannabe gestapos to die off.

That was the official police reenactment, it was, as the little blurb below the video said, pretty self incriminating. I think from that video, I place the guy with the gun to the head most at fault. Plus I would think from the position on the video he would have had a view if the handcuffed hands really had control of the other officer's gun. The others could not control their stupid comrade. One of the officers has committed suicide, and it wasn't the guy with the gun, but the guy who pulled him over.

http://www.jsonline.com/news/wisconsin/106478678.html

In that article is says: Every 17 to 21 hours, a police officer in the United States commits suicide, according to Robert E. Douglas Jr., founder and executive director of the National POLICE Suicide Foundation. He estimated that 30% to 40% of officers suffer from post-traumatic stress disorder.

Good, and I hope he burns in hell. After the other fucktards are beheaded, then we're at least within shooting range of something remotely resembling even.

Good, good, good, good, good...., when they stop screening for IQ-75 losers, then this whole problem will begin to be moot. http://abcnews.go.com/US/court-oks-barring-high-iqs-cops/story?id=95836

Nah, you were so freaked, you lacked sufficient composure to even address the question raised. No telliin' what CNu would have done with a loaded Glock and BD standing rite there,,,,

Seriously, you could be talking about fruit flies and this cat would somehow bring out the mentholated Black COMMUNITY INVESTMENTS. I'll say something like keep your food in the fridge for a while and get some off the wall out of left field type response.

The point is real simple, you talk about racism too much. Except this site doesn't and goes pretty hard at that type of thing. Then he talks to people like they have a victim posture. Never mind what the poster's talking about. It's like people are supposed to sing one tune. "If you aren't talking like I talk then you're all kinds of fake and your value system's flawed. I'm here to broaden your horizons and show you what's real." As if nobody here knows about Black Nationalism at this point.

My tagline as a technical manager was "I'm confused." After a while friends picked up the phrase and used it to mean "that's bull," because that usually turned out to be the situation. But all I meant was I was confused. It's a challenge: try to communicate with me. Communication isn't taking place, for whatever reason. Who cares who has bragging rights to IQ?
