people, which seems to be growing exponentially in recent years, present
a great danger not only to themselves, but to just as exponentially
growing welfare costs in a world which already is, for all intents and
purposes, insolvent (unless of course someone in charge gets a Swiftian
idea to let the world's obese deal with their own problems just the way
Charles Darwin suggested they should).
