I certainly played my cards right. I looked the way nice young American boys are supposed to look, and Mom and Dad paid my way through college. And that's the advice I give to all young Americans: look & talk like the people in charge and have middle-class parents.

Well I'm no fan of city managers making north of 200k a year, especially in modest-sized working-class towns like Tacoma. But if BD wants to show us the Blackxkx on the Gravy Train, he need come with teh data, racial distribution of city managers, race vs salary for city managers, something. The peer reviewd ree-serch.
