I would have thought you'd had a belly full of that backward and pestiferous trailer-park you've called home lo this past half-century after you spent time with your father-in-law in Bermuda. Now that you've been reminded exactly what a first-world city in a first world country looks and feels like, how long before you make best efforts to pull up stakes and exit that hell hole you complain about almost daily?

lol, you need to put the pipe down http://youtu.be/2Bls1KKDwmo - that said, I have to give it to you and your countrymen on the long-game dynamics. Quiet as it's kept in the U.S., the sheer GDP of the old-commonwealth states make everything we are and everything we've done seem like small potatoes by comparison. That whole sea-faring, lovely coastal world-wide conquest thing worked out fabulously for you cats - as compared and contrasted with the endogamous, puritanical, two-inch punisher type isht that took root here, and which continues to dominate U.S. politics to this very day.

In historical and demographic terms, the U.S. seems quite literally where Great Britain dumped its incorrigible, soft-headed, scared, cannon-fodder losers, and good riddance!

Yes, it's best to live in one of the cosmopolitan areas. I understand how ex cons feel when they leave prison.
